Israel 2013 - 7th European Lotteries Congress, June 3-6, 2013, Tel Aviv, Israel
General Information
1. The exhibition will be held at the Hilton hotel ballroom and foyer in the city of Tel Aviv.
The Exhibitor registration fee includes the provision of one standard booth measures 3x2 meters (6 sqm booth) for 800 Euro per sqm. Companies requiring a larger display area can reserve a double booth or more.
2. You may also reserve an Open Space choice (limited to minimum 2 areas, marked in yellow at the exhibition layout map) for 1000 Euro per sqm.
3. We also offer 3 Premium Booths (or open space) located at the main entrance: Measures 4x2 meters (8 sqm) for 1000 Euro per sqm.

Standard Exhibition Booth includes
• Two sided panel and rear white wall booth (3X2 sqm / 9.73X6.49 sqf)
• 1 table
• 2 chairs
• Electricity (1 Ampere)
• 3 spot lights

** Optional exhibition furniture and equipments will be available on demand**
All registered exhibitors will be listed in the Final Congress Announcement.
The exhibition is fully integrated into the congress activities. The coffee breaks and lunches of the Congress are located in the same hall, in order to ease communication between exhibitors and customers and to encourage the interaction between the industrial exhibition and the Congress participants. Booths will be assigned on a “first-come-first-served” basis.

General Terms
• The Exhibition will start on Tuesday, June 4th at 9:00, and last until Thursday, June 6th at 18:00.
• The Exhibitor registration is considered finalized after payment is received and confirmation is sent from the Congress Exhibition Secretariat.
• The Exhibitors will take care of the rented booth during the Congress.
• The Congress reserves the right to approve or prohibit any display that, due to objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the Exhibition.
• During Exhibition opening hours, booths must be attended by persons technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
• Further details will be provided to registered exhibitors.
• The deadline for the exhibit registration is May 15th, 2013
• Shipment instructions will be sent to the exhibitors after registration

• The use of dangerous materials or inflammable fluids is forbidden
• The exhibitor must obligate to the venue rules and applied regulations

• The Hilton TLV hotel and the Congress organization will not be responsible for the exhibitor material and/ or rented materials.
• The exhibitor has to subscribe a private insurance policy for the duration of the show and to submit a copy to the organization.

Set up and exhibition information
The set up of the booths for exhibitors will start on Monday 3rd June at 8:00h until 20:00h.
The Exhibition days are from Tuesday 4th June to Thursday 6th June from 08:30h to 18:00h.

Cancellation of Space
Upon cancellation of space, refunds will be issued in the following manner:
•Up to two (2) weeks after purchase: 100%
•From two weeks after purchase to 90 days before the congress: 50%
•Less than 90 days before the congress: No Refund

Meeting Room Space
• Meeting rooms will be allocated to companies that are EL Partners and EL Associate Members.
- Companies with allocated rooms are responsible for rental, decoration, and food and beverage expenses.
• Upon completing the allocation of space to EL Partners and EL Associate Members, any remaining meeting space will be allocated to all interested general exhibitors.
-Meeting space, if available, can be requested. Meeting space will be sold and allocated to general exhibitors on a first come, first served basis.
-Companies using rooms are responsible for rental, decoration, and food and beverage expenses.
-Meeting rooms prices will be published on the Congress website

Registration and Payments
Interested parties are requested to complete the enclosed “Exhibition Application Form” and return it to the Congress organizers, ORTRA Ltd.
Payments can be made by one of the following options:
-Bank draft in Euro to ORTRA Ltd.
-Wire transfer in Euro to ORTRA LTD. Belfius Banque, Belfius Waterloo SCRL, Chaussée de Bruxelles 306, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium. Iban : BE64-0682-4770-1752 Bic : GKCCBEBB

-Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Diners) in Euro, AMEX will be charged in USD only,  based on the exchange rate on payment date. 

Important Note
A preferred location at the Exhibition will be offered to the Supporters of the Congress. Assignment of space to exhibitors is based upon “first come first serve” system. The Congress organizers will continue to receive applications and assign exhibit space, as it remains available, until the Congress opening date. In all cases, full payment of the exhibition, must be received prior to congress opening date.
